Well we have finally found a van to buy.
We have purchased a Hyundai Entourage. It has all the bells and whistles (which just means more things to break down!). It isn't silver - so I am very happy. I have an aversion to silver, but this country seems to love silver vehicles, so there are heaps of them. Anyway, it is a smokey blue colour. I will post a picture of it in the next day or so.
It took us all day to do the deal, then about 5pm we headed out of Vancouver up to Hope and stayed with Norm and Laurie for the night.
We are now on our way to Prince George. We have stopped in Hope to check the emails as Laurie doesn't have internet.
Tamzin bought a mini laptop yesturday from Costco. We look like yuppies here in the internet cafe with 3 of us on laptops. Alistair is feeling a little left out! He thinks he needs one too - don't think he would know how to turn the thing on............... but he says he could sit at it and pretend and look good!
Better go, we have a 7 or 8 hour trip ahead of us. Kids think they will be watching DVD's on the player in the van - I have news for them - they will be looking out the window to take in the sights.....

Went to Lance's last night for Jenni's birthday which was lovely. Emily made sure we knew it was hers 'in exactly 10 days'....
How were Norm and Laurie? Wish they had internet. so much easier to stay in touch.

Alistair just buy a kids pretend lap top, they look like the real deal, noone would ever know. Mind you, you could get a real one and learn how to use it now you have time!!?? Missing you all.
