Cello Buddies

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Aileen Corrigan for her senior photos.
Tamzin and Aileen both play cello and hang out together, so they decided to do some photos together.

On Sunday the Grade 10's had there class photo taken (which is Tamzin's class).  While the boys were off doing other things, I took a few shots of the girls. It was fun.

Senior Class trip

A couple of weeks ago the Seniors went on their class trip to Rosario Beach.  Alistair and I were invited to go along as helpers.  It was lots of fun.

We got to take a cruise on the Welsh's boat, go roller skating/blading, eat out at the Olive Garden, go shopping, roast marshmellows on a camp fire and hang out with a bunch of great young people.

Here are a few photos from our few days away.

The class at roller skating / blading - it was great fun.

Introducing Pippi

Kyle is smiling again!

She is SO cute.

Check out the crinkle whiskers!

On Sunday we picked up the new addition to our family - Pippi.
She is a Jack Russell (with a touch of Miniture Pincher).  She is just over 7 weeks old.
She is super cute!  Very small though - I thought she would be bigger at this age, but I guess not.
She seems to be quite different than Missey was - Pippi is very determined!  I can see where the say "Like a dog with a bone" came from!

I forgot how much work these little critters are.  She is chewing everything in sight - including our toes!

It is nice to see Kyle smiling again.  He is really enjoying her.  He deals with her during the night (which is nice), and I deal with her during the day (while he is at school and work).

We still miss Missey very much, but hopefully Pippi will help fill the hole that Missey left.

Missey 2006-2012

On Dec 30, 2012 our beloved Missey was killed by coyotes.
Our house isn't the same without her, we miss her so, so much.
