Butchart Gardens

On Sunday I picked up my Aunty Val and her friend who are visiting from New Zealand.  I took them over to Vancouver Island for a bit of a look around.  One of the highlights was the Butchart gardens.
It was an excellent time to visit as there were 400,000 tulip bulbs in flower - it was AMAZING!

This dress was made out of napkins - it was cool.
The safest kind of horse to ride!
Beautiful Tulips

I loved the color combinations!

Today I left them in Victoria to catch the ferry to Seattle.  Then they will be heading to San Fransico tomorrow and then onto Colorado next week.  I am heading back home.
We had a great time catching up with Connie, Mitchel, Aaron, Lynne, and Kelvin.  Took them to a horse farm to check out how horseing around it done on this side of the world.

My favorite part of the trip was the milk shower aunty Val gave up - due to an exploding coffee creamer - I am still laughing.  Never a dull moment - I love it!
